The good stuff

What really sold me was how easy it was to create my own map. The not-so-good

It’s not perfect. The interface is… basic. Like, ‘this app hasn’t seen a designer since 2015’ basic. And there’s no real search function beyond address or coordinates-you can’t type in “coffee shop” and get results. If you’re looking for something like Gaia GPS or OsmAnd with rich layers and tons of POIs, this isn’t that. Also, the developer is unknown, which makes me pause a little. No clear support channel, no changelog. But honestly, it works so well for what it does that I’ve stopped caring.

And don’t expect fancy routing. This is about creating and recording paths, not finding the fastest way across town. If you want turn-by-turn directions on a complex city street grid, look elsewhere. But if you're mapping trails, tagging landmarks, or just want a lightweight offline tool, it’s solid.
